Practice Information

Click the button at the bottom of this page to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. On the call, we’ll schedule your 60-minute intake appointment (in person or virtual, your choice). I’ll then send you the link to your client portal where your intake paperwork lives. This paperwork will need to be completed before we are able to meet for the first time.

How frequently we meet is up to you. I recommend starting with weekly sessions to build a relationship and gain some momentum with your struggles but I will always defer to your needs.

My session fee is $175. I do not take insurance. As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. Use the tool at the bottom of this page to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

My office is located at 405 Little Lake Dr Suite A. There is ample parking onsite. It is the next building on the left after the Little Lake Wellness Hub. Enter through the main glass door, through which there is a common waiting room. The building is wheelchair accessible.

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 48 hours. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Telehealth sessions take place on the Simple Practice platform. Your session link will come to your email approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. If you have issues signing onto the telehealth link, please don’t hesitate to call me and I’ll help troubleshoot.
